PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION

Guests are required to produce original identification documents upon check in. Identification documents include valid passports, work permit or national identity cards.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

The standard check in time is 1400 hrs, and check out will be at 1200 hrs (noon). Request for early check in or late check out are subjected to room availability. Check out after 1300 hrs is subjected to additional charges. Check in prior to 0600 hrs will incur charges of the previous night.

BILL SETTLEMENT

All guests are required to make full payment upon check in. Payment by cash and credit cards (Visa/Master/Amex/Diners) are accepted at the front desk. Payment by cheques are not accepted. In case of a refund, cash transactions shall be refunded by cash and credit card transaction shall be refunded to the original credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONFIRMED RESERVATION

Notification of cancellation must reach us at least 3 working days (not including Sundays and Public Holidays) before your check in date to avoid a penalty fee at the cost of the 1st night’s room charge. The room charge for the 1st night is also applicable in situations of no-show.

RETURN OF HOTEL PROPERTY

Hotel property will be required to be returned upon check out, failure to comply will incur a penalty and/or damage fee.

THE HOTEL TARIFF IS SUBJECTED TO CHANGE BY THE MANAGEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
